Ingénieur Polytechnicien Program
The Ingénieur Polytechnicien program covers 4 years and is based on three objectives:
1- offering a multidisciplinary scientific education
2- adding a practical human education to this scientific training, along with an open outlook on the outside world
3- achieving a sound professional expertise based on excellent scientific knowledge, a dual expertise partly acquired outside The École and a number of placements spread throughout the course, allowing the student to go straight into working life.
The skills developed
- a sound multidisciplinary base combined with a high degree of work organisation
- the ability to analyse facts/problems and put forward working strategies
- skills in modelling and handling mathematical tools
- ability to work in a team
- a varying length of experience of research and company life, depending on the program/degree in question
- written and oral communication skills
- a desire for lifelong learning as a result of the learning methods acquired during the course.
