Erasmus+ Mobility for studies and traineeships

Lo Logo d'Erasmus+

No matter the participants’ nationality.

École Polytechnique is committed to facilitating, supporting and recognising the experience abroad for the graduation in France. This recognition is the validation of the ECTS obtained by the student in the host institution during the mobility period (20 ECTS for an internship of 2 to 6 months and 60 ECTS maximum for an academic year). The host institution is committed to behave with the mobilities participants as it does with its own students and employees.

For the student mobilities for studies, no registration nor tuition fees would be paid by the student during his/her mobility period.

In return, the student will have to :

  • Respect the rules established in the Erasmus+ Grant Agreement signed by the participant before his/her departure with the beneficiary institution (among other things, respecting the dates of the mobility, sending the documents required within the time limits, alerting in case he/she changes of study programme or his/her mobility period duration) and with the host institution (including the study or internship programme).
  • Fill in the online report of mobility received from Erasmus+ on the experience he/she lived through, as soon as possible; the answers allow École Polytechnique and the host institution to evaluate the mobility conditions.

Mobility supports:

Within the limits of the credits  allocated to École Polytechnique by the Erasmus+ National French Agency, selected participants can benefit from a mobility grant consisting in a contribution for travel and an individual support.

Timeline for the applications and contacts:

  • SOIE service : to approve the 3rd year research internship
