l'X and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem sign two cooperation agreements
On Wednesday, November 9th, Jacques Biot, President of École Polytechnique, and Asher Cohen, Rector of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HUJI), signed two cooperation agreements aimed at fostering academic cooperation, strengthening scientific and academic exchange opportunities and promoting international understanding.
The two universities, both leading institutions of their countries, have maintained close relations for many years in the field of research. École Polytechnique and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem undertake through these two agreements to develop their academic and scientific cooperation in fields of education and research.
École Polytechnique and HUJI have also signed a framework agreement on academic cooperation in order to promote regular exchanges of professors and students enrolled in all the curricula offered at l'X, as well as educational and scientific cooperation in order to strengthen mutual knowledge.
Asher Cohen, Rector of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, participated in l'X on Air program and spoke about Nobel laureates, HUJI atractivity in terms of scientific research and the French Friends of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem association.
