L'X signed a partnership agreement with the Institute for Research in Solar Energy and New Energies of Morocco during the Franco-Moroccan Entrepreneurship Challenge
The Franco-Moroccan Entrepreneurship Challenge was organized by the French Embassy in Morocco, the French Institute of Morocco, France Alumni Morocco and the Emlyon Business School campus in Casablanca in order to strengthen the interactions between the economic world, the higher education institutions and the research world. Jacques Biot, President of École Polytechnique, was part of jury of this first edition of the Franco-Moroccan Entrepreneurship Challenge. The jury was composed of Khalid SAFIR, Wali of Grand Casablanca, Mounir KABBAJ, Deputy Director General in charge of the Market Development at the BMCE Bank, Bernard BELLETANTE, Director General of Emlyon Business School, Éric LEANDRI, Co-founder and CEO of Qwant, Badr IKKEN, Director General of the Institute for Research in Solar Energy and New Energies, and others.
École Polytechnique signed a partnership agreement with the Institute for Research in Solar Energy and New Energies of Morocco during the Entrepreneurship Challenge. IRESEN is a research institute created in 2011 by the Ministery of Energy, Mining, Water and Environment, with the participation of several key players of the energy sector in Morocco devoted to accompany the national energy strategy, by supporting the research and innovation used in the field of solar energy and new energies.The Institute is positioned in the field of R&D through its funding agency and its research center, offering multiple opportunities for synergies between the socio-economic world and the scientific world around collaborative R&D projects. L'X and IRESEN undertake through this agreement to develop their cooperation in fields of education and research.
