Description

Our institutions are in the process of implementing the Competency-Based Approach (APC). Learning and Evaluation Situations (SAÉs) play a crucial role in this framework, as they both foster competency development in students and enable its assessment.

Ideally based on a real-world professional scenario, an SAÉ should allow students to solve an authentic task by effectively mobilizing their knowledge, skills, and attitudes. It should also include a reflective phase where students analyze the outcomes achieved.

What is the Réseau Racine?

RACINE is a collaborative network of six prestigious French engineering schools (AgroParisTech, Arts et Métiers, Télécom Paris, Institut d’Optique Graduate School, École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, and École Polytechnique) united by a shared commitment to pedagogical development.
