Learning Outcomes

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Define reflectivity and its role in learning, particularly in fostering autonomy and transferability of skills (especially within a competency-based approach);
  • Design and facilitate a pedagogical activity that stimulates student reflectivity.

Description

What if students learned to take ownership of their learning journey? Through practical exercises and proven tools, this workshop offers ways to integrate activities into our teaching that foster self-analysis and autonomy in students. The goal is to empower them to identify, analyze, and adjust their own learning processes.
