Chemobiology and chemistry for health

Among the interfaces developed in organic chemistry, the one with biology is one of the most prolific, due to the many possible interactions of small organic molecules with living organisms, and the resulting applications. The methods and targeted synthesis of complex molecules make it possible to study new biological properties, discover applications in health or agriculture, or create chemical probes or photoactivatable tools for controlling biological mechanisms by light in the field of chemobiology.

1. The laboratory chemical library

2. Photoactivatable molecules for spatiotemporal control of biological events

3. Medicinal glycochemistry and glycomimetics

4. New antibiotic molecules and the fight against resistance
