Housing
Who is it for?
Ingénieur Polytechnicien students are in compulsory boarding school. The have access to individual studios called "caserts", equipped with a telephone and an ethernet connection.
Master and Doctoral students must apply for housing. Allocation is made on the basis of availability.
Conditions of allocation
Housing priority is given:
- to those arriving for the first time in France
- to those who have a low revenue source
The campus housing office allocates housing:
- Ingénieur Polytechnicien students and military executives according to the DFHM (Human and military training and education office) guidelines.
- Master's students and doctoral students according to the directives of the Graduate School.
- to external students according to the directives of the general management.

- Action logement
VISALE (formerly called Clé - Caution Locative Étudiante du Crous) simplifies the search for housing for students by acting as a guarantor with their future landlord. Please note that the VISALE guarantee must be requested before signing the rental contract . The VISALE program is free and offers tenants an additional chance to have their application accepted. If the student has subscribed to a home insurance, it is strongly advised to give a certificate to the owner.
