Eight start-ups incubated at l'X present at VivaTech 2025

Eight start-ups developed at X-Up, the incubator, will be present at Viva Technology 2025. In addition to these 8 further 16 start-ups incubated at Institut Polytechnique de Paris will showcase their solutions at the event dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship, which will take place at Paris Expo on June 11-14, 2025.
Also known as Viva Tech, Viva Technology constitutes one of Europe’s biggest startup and tech events, connecting startups, tech leaders, companies, public institutions and investors.
Out of the eight startups incubated at l'X, five were awarded the Tech for Change label, which VivaTech has granted to 150 startups tackling environmental, social, or societal challenges: Archismart Solar, Sensebiotek, Advanced Care Technologies, Inn’Pulse, and Tinental. The latter also counts among the finalists
The latter is one of twelve finalists selected for the “Energy & Climate Tech” Tech Trail.
These themed trails, accessible via the official VivaTech app, will guide visitors to startups and key sessions in 10 major areas of innovation. (The app is available on the App Store and Google Play.)
During VivaTech 2025, the eight startups incubated at l'X will be present on stand D41 in Hall1 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, alongside the start-ups of Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris). IP Paris, of which X is a founding member, encompasses five other schools alongside l’X : l’ENSAE Paris, l’ENSTA, Télécom Paris, Télécom SudParis, and l’Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées (ENPC).
For this ninth edition, VivaTech, co-organized by Publicis and the Les Echos-Le Parisien media group, has increased its international presence with 50 foreign pavilions, 10 more than last year. Notably, the USA has a pavilion for the first time since the event's creation in 2016. Canada, which is home to 10% of the world's top-tier AI researchers, will be in the spotlight of this year’s edition. Another striking fact is that China has quadrupled its presence at VivaTech 2025.
The main theme of this year's event - "New Frontiers" - is broken down into four categories: technology, business, geopolitics, and responsibility. As in 2014, artificial intelligence is omnipresent., and the French startup Mistral, co-founded by Arthur Mensch and Guillaume Lample, both alumni of École Polytechnique (X2011), will be present, as will the Chinese company DeepSeek and the American company OpenAI.
