The CNRS has awarded a bronze medal to Javier Fresán, Monge Professor at Ecole Polytechnique and researcher at the Laurent Schwartz Mathematics Centre, for his work on period theory.

On March 21 and 22, the conference "Aspects of Gravity, Mathematics and Physics" took place.
