Located in the heart of the École polytechnique district on the Saclay plateau, this architecturally unique building will house the teaching and learning facilities of seven higher education and research establishments, including École polytechnique, which have spearheaded this ambitious collective project.
Created by three alumni of École Polytechnique, the event dedicated to space and its exploration takes place from November 17th to 19th on the School’s campus. Hosting SpaceCon 2023 illustrates École Polytechnique's strong commitment to its research, training and innovation missions, and to meeting the most ambitious challenges in space research and exploration.
Since October 2022, École Polytechnique has been working with École Penninghen to develop a demonstrator for the XSeaO2 program, financed by the Ifker fund, and aimed at recovering CO2 dissolved in seawater to produce synthetic fuel. The Nautilus project, designed by students at École Penninghen, was chosen as the basis for the sensor design.
On October 2nd and 3rd, the X-Forum, brought together nearly 2,000 students, including 1,000 polytechnicians, and over 150 international companies, Schools and universities on the campus.
Cilmate emergency is at the heart of the 15th Ecological Awakening Week at École polytechnique, organized from September 28th to 30th by the student association NeXt. It follows on from the mobilization of the last three classes of Polytechnic students in the face of this major challenge

In this way, they are helping to position the Energy4 Climate interdisciplinary center as a world reference.
