Our international alliances

Eurotech

In 2018, École Polytechnique joined EuroTech Universities, a strategic alliance of six leading European technical universities: École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), Technical University of Munich (TUM), Technical University of Denmark (DTU), Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) and l'X.

Created in 2011, the Eurotech Alliance combines the complementary strengths of its partner universities to jointly implement multi-scale initiatives with societal benefits. The Alliance participates in policy-making with key EU stakeholders by promoting its experience and expertise.

Columbia University Alliance Network

In the United States, the Alliance program initiated in 2002 between Columbia University, l'X, Université Panthéon-Sorbonne and Sciences Po aims to create collaboration and exchange between these four institutions and thus encourages the development of long-term cooperation in training and research. Grants are awarded to support mobility.

ParisTech Shanghai Jiao Tong Engineering School (SPEIT)

The SJTU- Paristech Engineering School brings together leading French Grandes Ecoles (École Polytechnique, Mines ParisTech, Télécom ParisTech, ENSTA ParisTech) and Shanghai Jiao Tong University to provide Chinese and international high-potential students with training to become industrial leaders and innovators.

U7

The U7 Alliance brings together the presidents of 47 reference institutions worldwide who are committed to working together and defining concrete actions to ensure that their universities contribute to the urgency of the major challenges on the multilateral agenda.

EIT InnoEnergy

EIT InnoEnergy, in collaboration with the École Polytechnique, offers a Master's degree in Renewable Energy. The MSc RENE (Master's in Renewable Energy) is a two-year program, one of which takes place within the STEEM master's program at X and the second in one of the following partner universities :
