A survey conducted by the Executive Master's program among its 250 alumni shows that two-thirds of them have progressed significantly since completing their training and that half of them have received salary increases of more than 20%.
The Executive Master's program is École Polytechnique's diploma of excellence for senior executives, enabling them to acquire the key skills needed to influence and drive innovation in a context where technology plays a major role.
Its modular format is designed to allow participants to train while continuing their professional activities.
The training, provided by École Polytechnique faculty members, is organized around three pillars: Technology, Innovation Management, and Leadership.
In 2024, seven years after its launch, the Executive Master's program entered a new stage in its development with a first full cycle of two cohorts per year, starting in September and March.
It now welcomes around 50 senior executives per year, 30% of whom are women and 32% coming from abroad.
