First class of Executive Master participants attend graduation
On November 16, 2018 at the Pavillon Royal in Paris, the fourteen participants of the first cohort of the École Polytechnique Executive Master Program received their diplomas. The graduation ceremony was attended by Isabelle Kocher, CEO of Engie and patron of the class.
Fourteen senior executives of the Executive Master class of 2018 graduated on November 16. These high-potential executives come from the energy, medical, aeronautics and food sectors, and each have an average of ten years of professional experience.
The bilingual Executive Master Program, launched at the start of the 2017 academic year, provides senior executives with the skills to design, deploy and manage both business models and value creators with a strong technological dimension, all through an international perspective. The Executive Master Program is in line with École Polytechnique’s current strategy, being targeted towards a new group of participants who are given a unique, internationalized education with a strong focus on technology and innovation management.
The Program is structured around twelve modules, each lasting four to five days and spread over fourteen months, nine of which are spent in France and three abroad (in Europe, the USA and Asia). Taught mainly by professors-researchers at l'X, the classes cover essential skills and knowledge in innovation management, and personal development. A course component named "state of the art" is devoted to major technological fields that form the basis of many modern innovations.
