L’X among the 5 French most powerful university brands
The THE (Times Higher Education) published on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, its annual World Reputation Ranking. Five French universities appear in the ranking, among which École Polytechnique.

The 2015 World Reputation Ranking, elaborated by the Times Higher Education (THE), was published on Wednesday, March 11.
It provides a list of the top 100 most powerful global university brands based on an invitation-only academic opinion survey. Tens of thousands of senior academics around the world are thus invited to nominate the 10 best universities according to their expertise and knowledge. In this ranking's edition, France arrives in fourth position with 5 institutions out of 100, among which École Polytechnique.
Among the 5 French institutions best well-known in the world, École Polytechnique is ranked number 4. Paris-I and Paris-IV Sorbonne are in rank 51-60, followed by École normale supérieure in rank 61-70. École Polytechnique and Institut Pasteur are in rank 91-100.
In this ranking's edition, France arrives in fourth position with 5 institutions behind the USA (43 institutions out of 100), the United Kingdom (12 institutions) and Germany (6 institutions).
In January 2015, École Polytechnique was regarded as the fifth most international university on the world according to Times Higher Education.
