École Polytechnique participated in the "Meet La French Tech" event in Taiwan
"Meet La French Tech" event was organized on November 15th and 16th in Taipei, Taiwan. Bruno Martinaud, Director of the Technology Venture Master's Program of l'X, participated in this international event.
The goal of the French Tech Taiwan is to significantly increase start-up exchange between France and Taiwan, to promote the attractiveness of France to Taiwanese startups and to support French entrepreneurs in Taiwan.
“La French Tech” is one of the main support mechanisms and tools used by France to promote the development of emerging technologies. It is based on the concept of linking public and private sectors, domestic and overseas stakeholders, to create a comprehensive network. The goal of the French Tech Taiwan is to significantly increase the number of start-up acceleration and incubation programs fostering new initiatives towards the development of French and Taiwanese new technologies.
Bruno Martinaud, Director of the Technology Venture Master's Program at École Polytechnique, created for talented people with a strong scientific background and aimed at helping them to become entrepreneurs, participated in the event that gathered more than 200 participants.
During the conference “Meet La French Tech”, 13 startups introduced the international ecosystem of the French Tech. Finally, a panel discussion leaded by the deputy Yu Wan-Ju, specialist of the innovative and digital economy, took place at the Taiwanese Parliament.
